CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE - STEP 1 The first step in the process is to place your order by selecting your package. We have an online shopping cart which allows you to "add to cart" additional extras if required. Supported by PayPal. We request full payment which is refunded if you are not happy with our services. (T&C apply.)

COMPLETE ONE FORM - STEP 2

Once you‘ve place your order we will send out a one page design brief questionnaire via e-mail. This will help our design team to create your custom artwork. Please take your time to describe your business and any requirements. Try to be as specific as possible and try to convey your expectations and ideas of your design. Submit your form via e-mail or by post with any attachments.

All of our designs are 100% original and personalised - NO Templates or Cliparts!

SEE YOUR DESIGNS - STEP 3 Our design team will immediately start creating your concept(s). Your first draft will be ready within 3-7 business days, unless specified on your package. During this time our team will be busy researching your market and competition, holding creative discussions, brainstorming, and sketching multiple preliminary designs. The best concept(s) will be approved by a creative director and will be sent to your e-mail to get your opinion and develop further. Evaluating the drafts is a very important step in the design process, so please take all the time you need for this.

MAKE CHANGES - STEP 4 After you’ve chosen the concept(s) you like, you can tell the designer of any changes you would like to make via e-mail, live chat or telephone. Don’t hesitate to request changes at this point in the process (our initial designs may have given you some fresh ideas). Once we have completed the revisions, we will again send your concepts to your e-mail to look things over.

FINALISE YOUR DESIGN AND RECEIVE ALL FORMATS - STEP 5 When you e-mail us your approval, we will send you a package with various graphic formats of your final artwork via e-mail and a cd version if requested. You will have the option to get your artwork printed and delivered from us direct at a competitive rate. Request a print quotation via e-mail and we will get back to you.

SEE YOUR DESIGN ON OUR DIRECTORY - STEP 6 As part of the package, we will place your artwork on our Pixel Advertising Directory, "Creative GRAPIX" in the first available space in the region and category of your choice. If you have requested additional links this will be added to your file. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, once your file has been uploaded. You can now sit back and enjoy while we market and promote your business on our website.
