What is a logo design?
A logo is a corporate identity representing a company/or a brand name.

How do you design a logo?
We will design a logo from scratch in a software called Illustrator, we DO NOT use any templates or clipart like most companies, your corporate identity must be unique and fresh. If you require any images or a symbol, we can create this in Illustrator. This is created as a silhouette or line-art, we are limited to the texture and shades used on this. If you require a character or a more detailed design we can create one at a additional cost.

What is a design revision?
If you change your mind about any minor aspect of your design, i.e. the colour, the font, use of background, any images or any other minor changes, once delivered, this is called a design revision. You can make several minor changes and call that one revision, providing it is requested at the same time. To do this you will need to reply back to the email we send or contact your designer who will be working on your project. This will depend on the package you have selected. Any additional changes will cost £10 per set. (You have upto five changes per set)

What is NOT a revision?
If you want to have an entirely new concept designed, this is charged at the normal rate of the original package. Design revisions are not designed to earn endless amounts of money from you. The chance that you need a revision after your initial free revision is pretty slim. Needing more than appointed is really rare. Your designer working on your project will decide whether its a revision or a redesign.

How do you deliver the final artwork?
The final artwork is sent to your email in a ZIP file after the final sign-off. If you do not have a ZIP program on your PC we can send the file unzipped...just remember to tell us.

What exactly do I get as my final artwork?
Via email you will receive a pdf print4press ready file. Via CD you will receive the master final artwork sets you up with a complete kit of parts so that you can use your artwork anywhere you choose from the size of your pen to the size of your aeroplane. You can edit the files as you wish if you have the appropriate software.

Definitely. The artwork must reflect the qualities that make a business or a product unique. Our skill is in knowing just the right questions to ask so that we can learn about your goals, your position in the market place, your potential clients or customers, your competitors, your products, service etc.

What happens after my 1st year subscription?
You will receive an e-mail reminder near to the end, if you wish to continue you will be requested to pay for further subscription. If you decide not to continue, your artwork will be removed from our website immediately and you will be allocated a new space if you decide to subscribe at a later date. You can continue in the same space and have a redesign of your artwork by simply subscribing again.

I am unable to view my artwork?
There are many reasons - • You artwork can take upto 24-48 hours after you have uploaded. • You advert might of been pushed down to the page or onto the next page by new advertisers. • If your file is NOT the correct format ie. with extension .gif, .jpg and .png we need to re-format, you will be informed and a payment of £25+vat is requested. • Your subscription has expired, please contact us on +44 (0) 121 358 0607 UK.

When a client downloads my artwork file, is that copyright protected?
Yes, you own the full copyright to your artwork, your client can download only to view in detail.

I do not wish to have my artwork file downloaded?
If you do not wish viewers to have your artwork file downloaded, tell us in the design brief or at anytime and we will delete this out from your tool box.

What are the payment options?
Online If you wish to pay online, the preferred payment method is through PayPal. Please click on "ADD TO CART" button next to your package. You will have the option to add and delete items and take full control of your payment before you proceed to the checkout. Please follow all the instructions carefully. By cheque If you wish to pay by Cheque, please allow 7 working days for all cheques to clear before your job is commenced. Bank transfer Let us know and we will e-mail you your invoice, our BACS details are on there. You will receive a confirmation invoice via email when all transactions have been successful.

How can you provide this service for such a low price?
Well that's our secret! No...seriously. We have developed a very sleek and trimmed down design process that allows us to develop great concepts for a fraction of what it costs other design studios. We do this through a number of smart initiatives from having only experienced designers working on your projects (time is cut) to providing only the necessary parts of the service to get you a great piece of artwork. Because we cut out a lot of waste, we pass these savings back to you, the client directly.

Our guarantee?
If, for some reason, you're not happy with the design or the service, you can request your money back right up until the time you make any changes. Inspired will own all rights of samples and will deduct a 50% processing fee. If you have made any changes you will not get a refund.
